Over the years we have gotten so many ridiculous abilities with kingpin/stoic/leech etc. that this feels very tame compared to those things. Nonetheless, this is still a very solid and tanky build. Good damage, 2 shot armor, 2 shot health.You don't benefit from faster-med bag deployment (unless leech); if you want that 10% reduction, just use FAK. Painkillers benefit inspire aced a lot because it make heavy armor build (ie. armorer, anarchist, crook) near invincible and helps stoic, kingpin and leech survive a certain death after being revived
